CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Co-operative Guarantee Act [Assented to March 18, 1958] Rev. Stat. c.229,

section amended Subsection (1) of

section of The Co-operative Guarantee Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “

(1) Where a guarantee is given to the company under
