On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,
Karen Jacques of Kincardine
be appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further that Order in Council O.C. 1478/2021 dated October 28, 2021 reappointing Karen Jacques as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
