Order in Council 976/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , as amended, John McBeth of Bradford be appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective April 15, 2022 for a period not to extend beyond October 19, 2022.
