Clark Bill BILL LAND AGENTS LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT, 1981 (Assented to , 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The Land Agents Licensing Act is amended by this Act. 2

Section is repealed. 3

Section is amended by adding the following after clause (a): (a.1) providing for the issuing of licences of different classes and respecting the terms and conditions to which licences of each class are subject and the rights, duties and obligations of holders of each class of licence; (a.2) prescribing the term of licences of each class; 4 This Bill comes into force on Proclamation. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will amend

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta 1980. 2

Section presently reads: 10 A licence expires 2 years after its date of issue unless it is cancelled or suspended, and may be renewed for additional 2-year periods upon payment of the prescribed renewal fee. 3 Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations. 1 Title: 1981 (19th, 3rd) Bill 63, Land Agents Licensing Amendment Act, 1981
