part is for administrative purposes only and is not part of the Order) Authority under which Order is made: Act and section:- Other (specify):- Section 23(3), health Statutes Amendment Act, 1999 DOCUMENT3 TRANSITIONAL REGULATION FOR THE COLLEGE OF PSYCHOLOGISTS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA In this regulation, "board" means the board of the college; "bylaws" means the bylaws made by the board under the former enactment; "college" means the College of Psychologists of British Columbia continued by the Psychologists Regulation, BC Reg. 442/99; "former enactment" means the Psychologists Act, RSBC 1996, c. 381, which was repealed effective January 1, 2000; "inquiry committee" means the inquiry committee for the college as defined in

section of the Health Professions Act; "membership committee" means the membership committee appointed under the bylaws; "professional standards committee" means the professional standards committee appointed by the board under the bylaws; "registration committee" means the registration committee for the college as defined in

section of the Health Professions Act. 2. The professional standards committee is the inquiry committee for the purposes of sections to of the Health Professions Act for the college. 3. The membership committee is the registration committee for the purposes of

section of the Health Professions Act for the college.
