Under the authority of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 463 between the southern boundary as described in the order establishing the Local Service District of Piccadilly Head and the top of Piccadilly Head Park hill and the intersection of Route 463 and 460, and southeasterly on Route 463, 2.4 kilometres through Abrahams Cove, and westerly from the intersection of Routes 460 and 463 along Route 460, 1 kilometre and all roads and streets in between these points.
