Order in Council 478/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, described as below:

Part of Lot 32, Concession 10, in the Geographic Township of North Dumfries, Township of North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, shown as

Part 1 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Waterloo as Plan 58R-11984 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3164-74),

be designated as controlled-access highway, on and after the day on which this Order is approved, pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,
