OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 2, 2012, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

c) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) approve the transfer of administration and control of Crown land at Lower Sandy Point, Shelburne County, containing at total area of approximately 2.74 hectares (6.77 acres) and shown as Parcel 07-1 and Parcel 07-2 outlined in bold on

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, for the consideration of $43,400; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
