OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 23, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Patrick J. Murray, Q.C., as a director of the Nova Scotia Legal Aid Commission made by Order in Council 2009-210 dated April 28, 2009.
