OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated October 4, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term commencing November 1, 2005, and ending October 31, 2008: Glen Edwards of Truro, Colchester County; Francis "Rocky" MacDougall of Antigonish, Antigonish County; (
b) reappoint Hubert Earle of Upper Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as the Referee-in-Chief and Advisor to the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term commencing November 1, 2005, and ending October 31, 2008.
