WHEREAS the St. Charles Country Club was incorporated by

An Act to incorporate St. Charles Country Club , S.M. 1905, c. 70, and was continued by The St. Charles Country Club Incorporation Act , R.S.M. 1990, c. 168; AND

WHEREAS the St. Charles Country Club has presented a petition requesting the following amendments to that Act, and it is appropriate to gr ant the petition; (Date de sanction : ) Attendu : que le « St. Charles Country Club » a été constitué en corporation par la loi intitulée «

Charles Country Club » . 2 Subsection 4(3) is amended by striking out everything after " votes of the members " and substituting " , and each member is entitled to one vote, and a member is entitled to vote by proxy as provided in the by-laws. 3 Subsection 10(2) is amended (

a) by striking out " present at a special meeting " and substituting " voting at a meeting "; and (
