Order in Council 1334/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, Michael Janigan , of Toronto be reappointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a full-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a period of one year, effective the date of this Order in Council.
