Order in Council 1222/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christopher Evans was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three-years, effective February 17, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 117/2024;

And

whereas Christopher Evans tendered his resignation effective July 5, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 117/2024 be revoked effective July 5, 2025.
