Order in Council 343/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 61 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 under the Courts of Justice Act,

Gus Gatzios, of the City of Toronto

is appointed as a member of the Provincial Judges Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years and until a successor is appointed, effective on the date of this Order in Council.
