OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated March 31, 2006, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act, is pleased to, effective April 28, 2006: (

a) reappoint Brian Cuthbertson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property for a term of office of three years; (

b) determine the remuneration of each of the members appointed to the Advisory Council on Heritage Property to be $75.00 per meeting plus reasonable expenses; and (

c) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against Brian Cuthbertson and indemnify him from personal liability, provided that the Province is satisfied the claim arises out of his activities in relation to his appointment and is not based on fraud or criminal activity and where the Province so defends him, the Province will be in control of the case.
