Order in Council 1196/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Ghazala Shaheen Zaman , Barrister and Solicitor of Oakville, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective September 25, 2025.
