I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that
1. B.C. Reg. 101/2003 is amended by adding the following section:

section 1 are designated a coal land reserve.
2. B.C. Reg. 223/2001 is amended by adding the following section:
