Order in Council 636/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Ibi Olabode of Toronto be appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
