OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 29, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 103 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corrections Act, is pleased to approve the execution by the Minister of Justice on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia of the Tripartite Agreement between Canada, Nova Scotia and the Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
