Order in Council 939/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Carol Anne McDermott of Windsor be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of five years, effective June 27, 2017.
