OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 17, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act, and pursuant to

Section 3 of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Regulations , N.S. Reg. 148/2025 made by The Governor in Council by Order in Council 2025-225 dated July 29, 2025, is pleased to appoint J. Bruce Walton of Halifax Regional Municipality as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology for a term of three years commencing February 5, 2026.
