OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated July 13, 2023, and pursuant to subsection 11(3) of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act , is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change of a wilderness area to be known as Archibald Lake Wilderness Area, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 24, 2023.
