Order in Council 118/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended, Patrick Joseph Weaver is hereby reappointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period of two years, effective from January 15, 2019.
