OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated July 14, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2000, the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint James Bremner of Falmouth, Hants County, as a member of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission for a three year term, commencing July 28, 2015; (

b) re-appoint Danny Phinney of Bridgetown, Annapolis County, as a member of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission for a three year term, commencing July 28, 2015; (

c) appoint Evan Putnam of Debert, Colchester County, as a member of the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Commission for a three year term, commencing July 28, 2015; and (

d) determine that James Bremner, Danny Phinney and Evan Putnam be remunerated for their service as members in the amount of $100 per day for each meeting day and that they be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling their duties as members, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
