Order in Council 1112/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brook Dyson was appointed a member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario;

Therefore , pursuant to subsection 21(5) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020 ,

Brook Dyson be paid a per diem of $375.00 during the term of his appointment.

And further , Brook Dyson be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet directives.
