Order in Council 1529/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ontario Regulation 618/98, as amended, under the Development Corporations Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. D.10,

DAVID KUO , of Richmond Hill, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation, effective October 20, 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the effective date of this reappointment.
