OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated October 15, 1998, pursuant to subsection 3(5) of

Chapter 28 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Auditor General Act, and to

Chapter 377 of the said Revised Statutes, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased, effective October 15, 1998, to: (

a) appoint Claude D. Carter of Halifax Regional Municipality as Deputy Auditor General; (

b) designate Claude D. Carter to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and (

c) fix and determine the salary of Claude D. Carter to be paid at such rate as may be determined by the Priorities and Planning Committee in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan approved from time to time by the Governor in Council.
