OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated June 7, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 20, 2023, to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia entering into the Reconciliation Agreement on Extra-Provincial/Territorial Corporate Registration and Reporting, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
