On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 ,
Jesse Kugler of Toronto
be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of August 31, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
Further, that Order in Council O.C. 926/2023 dated June 29, 2023, reappointing Jesse Kugler as full-time vice chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, be revoked effective the later of August 31, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
