Order in Council 250/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Gary Joseph Nikota of Tecumseh be reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of one year, effective March 1, 2019.
