Order in Council 359/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John Henderson was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective June 17, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 800/2021;

And

whereas John Henderson tendered his resignation effective October 20, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 800/2021 be revoked effective October 20, 2021.
