Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Sango Brook Water Supply Area

for the Town of Natuashsish as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Torngat Mountains abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 20, 600,000 metres east 6,190,000 metres north 330 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 237 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 253 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 2,075 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 211 30 grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 257 00 grid azimuth for a distance of 450 metres.
