OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 4, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 2000-431 dated August 30, 2000, which authorizes a conveyance of land at Porters Lake, Halifax County, to Basil Philip Bayers in exchange for land located at White Lake, Halifax County.
