Order in Council 1243/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5 ,

Salvatore Biasucci of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

is appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, commencing the date this Order in Council is made.
