In the matter of the Municipal Government Act

In the matter of an application by the Town of Middleton to confirm the number of

councillors

Order

The Town of Middleton made an application under s. 369 of the Municipal Government Act

and the Board issued its written Decision on March 2, 2023;

The Board approves the application and orders that the number of councillors for the Town is

confirmed at six (6), to be elected at-large.
