Order in Council 1591/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Manvers, now in the City of Kawartha Lakes, in the Province of Ontario, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2553-59, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Victoria ( No 57) as Plan 57R-10659, be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. , 1990,
