Order in Council 1524/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sandeep Johal of Brampton be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Sandeep Johal was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 22, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 1134/2018;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1134/2018 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
