Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize capital asset funding to the Department of Labour and Advanced Education for the first phase of a stage-gated approach to the relocation of the Nova Scotia Community College Marconi Campus, as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
