OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of the Priorities and Planning Committee dated August 1, 2000, pursuant to
Section 88 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, is pleased to order that pension benefits paid to and in accordance with Order in Council 81-1097G dated August 28, 1981, as amended, and
Section 88 of the Public Service Act, to Alan Steel, shall be calculated on the basis of twenty-eight (28) years, eight (8) months in the public service of the Province of Nova Scotia.
