Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2004, the Health Protection Act , is pleased to amend the Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Conditions Regulations , N.S. Reg. 195/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-457 dated October 14, 2005, to update the list of notifiable diseases, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 19, 2016.
