OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated August 11, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 22 of
Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Andrea Paul of Trenton, Pictou County as a commissioner of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission for a three year term commencing October 3, 2016; and (
b) determine that Andrea Paul be paid remuneration at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each half day spent at duly called meetings of the Commission.
