B.C. Reg. 14/2002, deposited January 29, 2002, pursuant to the

MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22] and the COAL ACT [Section 26]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M20/2002, dated January 25, 2002.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 342/98 is amended by:

1 repealing in

section 1:

All those parcels or tracts of land together with all that foreshore or lands covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketches; and,

2 repealing

Schedule A and the corresponding sketches and replacing it with the

Schedule A and corresponding sketches attached to this Regulation; and,

3 adding the following

section 3:

"3. The areas described in

section 1 are established as a Coal Land Reserve." — R. NEUFELD, Minister of Energy and Mines .
