B.C. Reg. 66/2025 , deposited May 20, 2025, under the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [section 82]. Order in Council 242/2025, approved and ordered May 20, 2025.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 241/2016, is amended in the definition of "market" by repealing paragraph (

a) and substituting the following:

(

a) is composed of vendors, excluding licensed manufacturers who hold market authorizations, a majority of whom sell, at the market, only goods that are

(

i) agricultural goods they produce, grow or raise themselves,

(ii) processed, prepared or ready-to-eat foods they produce themselves, or

(iii) artisanal goods of their own making, .
