OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 17, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 2006, the Midwifery Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Amanda Ashe of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Midwifery Regulatory Council of Nova Scotia, effective on April 7, 2015; and (
b) appoint Melissa Langlais of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), as a member of the Midwifery Regulatory Council of Nova Scotia recommended by the Association of Nova Scotia Midwives for a term of three (3) years commencing on April 7, 2015.
