OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 21, 2005, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of

Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of Chief Judge John Comeau as Chief Judge of the Family Court for a further term of office of two years, effective on and after March 16, 2005.
