Order in Council 324/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 753/2020 dated May 7, 2020, reappointing Yvon Seveny as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective March 1, 2022.
