OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 27, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 29, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding the Online Judicial Dispute Resolution Pilot Project, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
