An Act to amend The Trustee Act [Assented to March 31, 1954] Rev. stat. c.123, s.3 amended Clause (

b) of subsection (1) of

section of The Trustee Act is amended by adding thereto the following: “or the bonds, debentures or other evidences of indebtedness of a company, society or association operating commercially on a co-operative basis and incorporated by a special Act of the Legislature or incorporated by a special Act of the Parliament of Canada and registered under The Co-operative Associations Act or The Co-operative Marketing Associations Act”. 1954, c.23, s.1.
