OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated September 19, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to approve amendments made by the Natural Products Marketing Council to the Nova Scotia Potato Marketing Plan, N.S. Reg. 33/85, approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 85-157 dated February 19, 1985, to reduce the number of members and size of the quorum required for the Nova Scotia Potato Marketing Board, allow notice of meetings by e-mail and make some minor housekeeping amendments, in the manner set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after November 12, 2014.
