Order in Council 509/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , Robert Steinberg of New Hamburg be reappointed as part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of one year, effective May 4, 2021.
